Draktengpa Yonten Tsultrim (brag steng pa yon tan tshul khrims), a lineage holder of the Vajra Panjarnata Mahākāla, a student of Rinchen Zangpo (rin chen bzang po, 958-1055) and a teacher of Mal Lotsāwa Lodro Drakpa (mal lo tsA ba blo gros grags pa, d.u.), who was a teacher of Khon Konchok Gyelpo ('khon dkon mchog rgyal po, 1034-1102) and Sachen Kunga Nyingpo (sa chen kun dga' snying po, 1092-1158).
According to the Blue Annals, Draktengpa was from Lato (las stod).
